Known around Islamorada, Florida as Captain Ron (not the movie), he has fished the waters of  Florida Keys,  South Florida, and the Caribbean Islands from the age of 5.  Captain Ron has 4 children  and 7 grandchildren and loves to fish with the kids. Captain Ron is a member of  the  International Game Fish Association, National Association of Charter boat Operators, Bill fish Association, Islamorada Charter boat Operators,  and the Islamorada Fishing Club. He is also a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard.
